Infinity Frame 14" Chintz Kalamkari Hanpainted Floral Pot

Chintz usually means cotton fabric or paper with flower patterns. It’s often used in historical (mainly 18th century) dress and in Dutch folk costume

They were originally Indian, but when chintz gained popularity, similar style printed cotton was also produced in Europe. 

Original Indian chintz was mostly hand painted, sometimes block printed with smaller wooden blocks. Not only used for clothing, but for home furninshings. 

We have recreated an old classic design handpaited on our infinity frame. This design was originally created at the coromondel coast and displayed at V&A

Being hand painted, this product is unique in itself, and its tiny imperfections are what make it special.

Comes with a hook at the back to hang on walls.
