Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

Domestic shipping charges are included in the product price and cover standard delivery timelines of 5–7 business days from dispatch.

For express shipping, please contact our team before placing your order so that the applicable additional charges can be confirmed and added.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email. We request that you kindly monitor the shipment. Our team also tracks orders proactively, and once the courier reflects the package as ‘Delivered,’ we consider the order delivered.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please inform us within 72 hours of the delivery status.
We will coordinate with the shipping partner to trace it. We are unable to assist with cases reported beyond this 72-hour window, as courier partners do not accept claims after this period.

International Orders

We currently accept international orders via email only, as our website cannot accurately calculate overseas shipping rates.
To place an international order, please write to us at trovediscover@gmail.com, and we will assist you with the order and billing process offline.

We require 2–3 working days to dispatch all orders. Once dispatched, your tracking details will be shared via email.

Please note that international delivery timelines vary based on the shipping partner and destination country.

Custom Duties & Import Taxes:

All custom duties, import taxes, and clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping cost. These charges are levied by your local customs authorities and may vary by country.
