Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Within 2 Hours

A credit note will be issued, which can be used for a future purchase.

No direct refunds will be provided for cancellations within this window.

If you prefer a refund instead of a credit note:

A 7% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
(This covers payment gateway and platform charges.)

Cancellation After Shipment

If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation request will be treated as a return.

The item must be returned to us safely, in its original packaging, and at your own cost.

Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges incurred by us (estimated at INR 110 per kg based on volumetric weight).

2. Delivery & Non-Receipt Claims

If your parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, you must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery status update.

We will coordinate with the shipping partner to help trace the package.

Claims made beyond 72 hours cannot be supported, as courier partners do not accept investigations after this period.

Once the courier reflects the package as Delivered, we consider the order delivered, unless reported to us within the above timeframe.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged (deep cracks, structural breakage, or large scratches affecting the artwork), or

The product received is not what was ordered.

Time Frame to Report Issues

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

For fragile items, an unboxing video is mandatory for us to process the claim.

Replacement vs Refund

If the item is in stock, a replacement will be offered.

If out of stock, a refund will be processed after we receive the damaged product back in its original packaging.

If Evidence Is Insufficient

If damage is not clearly supported by the provided photos/videos, the customer will need to return the item at their own cost.

A refund may be issued (product cost only) on a case-by-case basis after inspection.

No replacements will be offered in such cases.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

As our products are handmade, minor variations (small natural marks, texture differences, or hairline material characteristics) are normal.

Refunds will not be provided for natural handmade characteristics.

Claims based on zoomed-in photos of minor imperfections will not be accepted.

4. International Orders

If your order is being delivered to an Indian address on your behalf, please ensure:

The recipient is aware of the delivery, and the package is checked upon arrival.

Any damages or shortages must be reported within 72 hours. Claims beyond this period cannot be processed.

Refunds against products shipped abroad  are accepted only in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged (deep cracks, structural breakage, or large scratches affecting the artwork) 

The product must be kept safely back in the box for a pick up

No refund on shipping costs for International Shipments

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in their own country.

No refunds will be issued if the buyer refuses delivery due to customs charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
