These are vintage tassles hand-embroidered by tribals of Gujrat. These come with a brass hook to either work like an accessory during festivals like Navratri to bags or a latkan that can be hung off your waist band. These are very popular during Garba Season when the locals wear these 

You may use these for decor too - hang them on your entrance - use them christmas charms or any other creative way - they are very versatile and add a nice pop of color
