40 Inch - Large Hand - Carved Kaali Ma 

This beautiful piece has been carved out of one single piece of wood and celebrates goddess durga

She is ofcourse hailed in many other names, such as Parvati ( spouse of Lord Shiva ), Ambika, and Kali.  

Goddess Durga is revered during Durga Pujo, the celebrations include other deities of  such as Lakshmi (the goddess of wealth and prosperity), Saraswati (the goddess of knowledge and music), Ganesha (the god of good beginnings), and Kartikeya (the god of war). These deities are considered to be Durga's children. 

These have been depicted out on the crown of durga. 

These tribal masks can truly make a statement especially with the perfect lighting

Popularly known as the Gomira masks are handcrafted masks traditionally made by villagers of North Dinajpur. There are around 200 artisans and their families who continue this tradition. Gomira masks started out as a way of devotion to the God, wearing these masks & dancing – a performance by villagers to please the gods to usher in the ‘good forces’ and ward off the ‘evil forces.’ 

These have finally found a market as a décor product for those who embrace these crafts.

Comes with a hook at the back to be hung up on the wall.
