24.5 x 19" Jatri Patta Framed Pattachitra Art

Jatri Patti is a traditional pilgrim souvenir painting from Odisha that maps the architecture and legends of the Jagannath Temple in Puri.

Pilgrims bought these painted souvenirs during their temple visits as a record of their sacred journey
Artists use natural colors and the canvas is also prepared by themselves. 

The paintings usually feature the structural design and shrines of the Jagannath Temple. They illustrate stories from Lord Krishna's life, the ten avatars of Vishnu (Dashavtar) & also the tales of the temple's divine construction and the Rath Yatra

Our pattachitra paintings are usually one-off pieces created by our traditional artist in Odisha. 

Being hand painted, this product is unique in itself, and its tiny imperfections are what make it special.

Comes with a hook at the back to hang on walls.
