Pallanguli, or Pallankuli is a traditional ancient mancala game played in South India. The board is made of wood and the pawns are of stones which for children above 5 years. It is a 2 player game, popular in south India and is more commonly known as pallankuzhi, aligulimane, vamana guntalu

Hand painted, depicting women gossiping & playing this game in Pattachitra style by our Folk artists in Odisha. This has been carefully designed using Trove's philosophy of combining traditional folk art with unusual canvases & unconventional color schemes. The result, something that is both traditional and contemporary.
